Read on GoogleI feel so fortunate to have Simona in Golden. I have used her for all different goals: injuries, relaxation, Myofascial education and Thai massage. She is the BEST! She is knowledgeable and has an incredible intuitive sense of me and my body. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Read on GoogleI came in with hip pain and was blown away by how good this session was! She had me lying on my side, fully supported with pillows, and spent the whole session working on my hips and glutes. Her pressure was deep, slow, and specific. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and effective. Highly recommend!

I have received excellent deep tissue massage from Simona for years. But the most important work has been in 2025 after a sudden hip replacement and 11 months later in 2026, for a total knee replacement. Her knowledge and expertise in healing the body after a surgery should be integrated and work in tandem with the Dr-prescribed physical therapy. Simona focuses on the reduction of scar tissue pain, redirection and release of painful muscles impacted by the surgery, and increased blood flow to aid in the healing process faster, and with immediate results. This is especially beneficial before or after a physical therapy session. Make this an important part of your recovery plan and you will see the results improve your progress dramatically. Flexibility and pain reduction will begin to reveal itself in ways you didn’t think possible with PT alone!!

Read on GoogleSimona is awesome! She has a beautiful space, talks over carefully what you are looking for, does the best body work, and will suggest stretches that might be useful for you. I don’t even live full-time in Golden but whenever we’re coming to town, my husband and I both make appointments to see Simona.

Read on GoogleCame in for a prenatal massage as someone who generally doesn’t like massages and wow, she turned me into a massage lover!! I’ve had a bad back for years and during pregnancy my sciatica really flared up but Simona somehow made it all go away. Her movements are slow, controlled, and targeted towards problem areas which was unique from other massages I’ve had in the past.

TRUE TOUCH BY SIMONA
Licensed Massage TherapistRoll Model® Method Practitioner
I’ve spent seven years and thousands of hours helping people navigate pain and discomfort related to injuries, aging, stress, pregnancy, recovery, and everyday life.
Over those years, I’ve come to realize that creating lasting change in the body is a learning process. And like any kind of learning, it requires participation. It can’t only be something that’s done to you.
I know this process from my work, but I also know it from my own life.
Early in my career, I spent two years living with daily back pain. During that time, a massage therapist taught me how to use therapy balls for self-myofascial release. I began using them almost every day while also learning how to move differently, get stronger, breathe, experiment, and pay closer attention to what actually changed how I felt.
It changed much more than my back pain. It changed the way I worked with my own clients. I became increasingly interested in helping people participate in the process—to notice, experiment, and develop tools they could use outside the treatment room.
I’m interested in helping people feel more at home in their bodies through every stage of life—whether they’re navigating pregnancy and birth, recovering from surgery, adjusting to aging, or simply learning how to respond with greater confidence to the inevitable aches, pains, and changes that come with living in a human body.
Paying attention to it is a skill you can learn.
We learn a lot about bodies. Far fewer of us are taught how to pay attention to our own.
Your body will change throughout your life—through injury, stress, pregnancy, recovery, aging, movement, and everything else that comes with being alive.
The goal isn’t to chase an explanation for every ache, pain, or change. It’s to pay attention to what makes a difference, learn what you can try in response, and feel less helpless when pain or discomfort inevitably shows up.
That’s what it means to know your body: not having all the answers, but building confidence in how to respond.
